    Most of us keep on bragging about our potential and do nothing. It’s like masturbation; there is no actual sex.

    If you think you can do something, first test yourself in the field.

    Do the actual exercise.

    • Go to the gym
    • Do pushups
    • Lift weights
    • Cry and laugh at the pain

    The Law of Life is simple. It gives you nothing in exchange for non-work. Work out, and you’ll get the reward.

    Only the sweat from your body can write a successful Story of Life. The more you push your limits better you’ll be able to perform in real life.

    You don’t have to wait for inspiration when you have the real-time skill. Anytime you can start writing the Story of Life.

    When we work hard, the reflection in our eyes tells the success story. We’re not dependent on the approval of anyone. We’re calm and capable of doing some serious work.

    First Warm-up Yourself

    You see and work with many of the same people over and over again; they are all specialists in what they do. I could never do their jobs, and they say they wouldn’t know how to start to do a warm-up.

    Before beginning any exercise, warm-up is necessary. Please do the introduction if you’re working out in the gym or practicing indoors.

    When we wake up in the morning, our body is limp. It’s hard to focus on core exercises. A five to fifteen minutes warm-up will release all the toxicity and resistance in the body.

    Don’t think that warm-up is a waste of time. It’s more valuable than the core exercise. Warm-ups help us to tune our bodies with the natural rhythm of the training. It also prevents us from severe injury.

    So whenever you’re compelled to jump to the core exercise and skip the warm-up, please remember this sentence: The first fifteen minutes of the workout can make or break you, irrespective of your level of expertise.

    How To Fire Everyday Inspiration Into Yourself?

     It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.


    Imagine yourself as a teenager. You’re full of energy and dreams. No one on this planet can stop you from achieving your goal.

    Make a habit of waking up early at 4 a.m. Brush your teeth, tie your shoelaces and run straight to the gym.

    Don’t think about what you’re going to do throughout the day. Just focus on pushing your limits. Fight with inner resistance and conquer the day.

    An hour of workout will fill you with so much energy that you’ll become invincible for the day.

    Remember, my dear, nothing fruitful in life comes without pain. Make a friendship with pain, and it will guide you to the next level.
