    How To Clean The Garbage Of Your Mind?

    We are in a hurry to do something. We don’t have a concept; we still want to concentrate. Without an object, we want to focus. With no skill, we want to master the craft.

    The problem with the mind is that it’s filled with too much information. The memories and beliefs compel us to create something extraordinary, but we don’t have the talent or skill to do the work.

    We run here and there. Copy and paste in the hope of getting something. What do we produce every time?

    A bad art.

    The produced work can’t have quality if the mind is cluttered with too much information. The first step is to calm down our minds.

    Take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Become aware of your breath and witness the flow of thoughts without the compulsion to change anything.

    Observe your surrounding. Listen to the background music and feel the flow of life in front of you. Everything is fine-tuned. Now you’re in a condition to produce valuable content.

    Please take a deep breath, hold it for three seconds and exhale. Now, don’t do anything. Focus your attention on the breath and observe the natural flow of breath. Witness the miracle of life; how softly the breath is coming and going out of your nostrils without interference.

    Forget all about the past and future. Be here now and feel your body. Love yourself the way you’re. The eyes and the nose, ears and the tongue, your hairstyle, hands and legs, abdomen and chest, fingers and the wrist, foot and back, genitals and the buttock, everything is perfect. There is no need to change anything.

    Accept your lips and hips as it is. Nature has created you with beauty and perfection. Don’t judge the work of Nature. Forgive yourself for the abuse, criticism, and insult you inflicted on your body. It’s cute and innocent. Reject all the ideas and opinions that you’ve heard against your body. Forget everything you watched and listened to that convinces you to believe you’re imperfect and ugly.

    There is no need to watch the advertisements that promise to make you more beautiful. You’re good-looking with your natural charm. You don’t need to change anything. You need acceptance and love for yourself, and everything will transform itself.

    Trust the intelligence of Nature. She designed you with perfection. There can’t be a fault in Nature’s creation. You’re the loving child of Mother Nature who is ready to nourish you all of your life and beyond.

    The body is the perfect mirror where you can witness the presence of your soul. I don’t have words to describe your beauty: creative eyes, loving cheeks, innocent nose, rosy lips, beautiful white teeth, and a cute smile.

    Remember always; you’re more than good enough. You’ve got a beautiful body-mind complex that’s divine. Every cell of your body is full of intelligence. Use that intelligence to create something beautiful that can inspire others to love them unconditionally.

    Take a deep breath. Inhale and exhale. Let go of all the thoughts and feelings of scarcity. Imagine a life of abundance in front of you. There is prosperity and peace around you. Everything and everyone is precisely at the place where they need to be.

    Feel the natural flow of breath through your nostrils. Imagine the breath as a force that gives us life. Thank you to Mother Intelligence for creating the most amazing creature in this Universe, I.e., You.

    Witness the life of ten million species on this planet and feel grateful to the Creator that she crafted you in the best possible life form. Observe the subtle sensations on your face, hands, belly, and legs. Feel Cosmic Love flowing in every part of your body.

    Let go of the need to control anything. You and I are nothing but one of the billions of manifestations of the forces that bring together and take apart atoms through time. Witness this miracle of existence and fill every cell of your body with love and respect towards our Creator.

    Our Mother is unbiased. She loves us unconditionally, providing us with everything that we need. Can’t we say two little words of the language expressing our heartfelt desire to show that we love her?


    Thank you, Mother, for giving us the birth and intelligence to witness the beauty and perfection of this creation. O, my beloved Mother, thank you for allowing us to evolve as human beings, the most creative and intelligent ones among ten million species on this planet.

    Thank you for installing in me the greatest wonder of this Universe, I.e., Creativity, and giving me the power of perfect words to express me. I’m proud to feel special among seven billion of our species alive today.

    Living on a planet just one among the 100 billion planets in the Milky Way Galaxy, which is just one of about two trillion galaxies in the Universe, sharing the 1/3000 of humanity’s existence, which itself is only 1/20000 of Earth’s existence, instead of being such unbelievably tiny and short-lived, I’m still alive and able to express my gratitude for you in such big words.

    Isn’t it a miracle?

    Thank you, Mother, for gifting me one more day to live and feel the aliveness of my body, my ecosystem, and this beautiful planet called Earth. Thank you for your unbiased grace and unconditional love.

    Guided Meditation: Feel The Fear

    Take a deep breath. Feel the breath getting filled in your lungs and belly. Inhale and exhale. Witness the impatience in you, the constant urge to take action. Watch the fluctuation of thoughts. Don’t try to control or change them. Irrespective of their intensity and nature, let them come and go.

    Feel the fear in you. Observe the subtle sensations in your hands and the area around your heart. Please don’t fight with the fear or try to overcome it. Witness its effect on the body and mind.

    What is fear?

    Isn’t that information in your head creating a sensation in your body?

    Is that reality or a mental creation?

    Can you track the source of these thoughts?

    From where do they originate, and where do they annihilate themselves?

    Is that a live energy?

    Please don’t try to find out an answer. Mere questioning is enough.
