Forgive Those Impressions

One of the hardest things in this world is to forgive those who hurt us physically, mentally or emotionally.

There are people in our lives who hurt us. Their behaviour is inhuman. Their action can’t be justified in any way.

I know that you seek revenge. You want to hit them hard on their nose. You want the blood to come out of every pore of their body. You want to see them suffer in hell.

What you’ll get in return?

A feeling of relief, a kind of satisfaction.

Revenge is the way that fills the wound of hurt. If we look at the world, everywhere there are criminals, rapists and wolves in the form of humans. Each day they’re polluting this beautiful planet with their thought, speech and actions.

Look at the comedy of life that we can’t do anything to stop this tragedy except to criticise them. We can abuse and insult them but that doesn’t make a difference in the world.

But there is another way that can liberate us from this world of pain and suffering. Because of their actions, we can’t make our thought get polluted. We can’t become like them.

Forgive those who hurt you. It’s not that you’re afraid of them or you can’t do anything but because you don’t want to suffer anymore.

These toxic people are a collection of negative energy that creates a black consciousness in the world. They pollute our minds. The best way to deal with them is to remove their thoughts from within us.

Understand: That person whom you hate is inside your brain. You’re fighting no one but a mental image of a monster who lives inside you. You’re hurting no one but yourself. Please get rid of that image. That’s possible only through acceptance and forgiveness.

Accept that the past can’t be changed and there is a whole future ahead of you. Don’t abuse, insult and criticize yourself. The person whom you’re hating is an impression inside your skull. It’s thought. A kind of energy in your mind. Forgive those impressions. Let it go. You’ll feel relaxed. You’re not doing it for others but yourself.

Relax. Release. And. Let Go.
