How To Start From Zero?
“Isn’t it nice to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet?”
― L.M. Montgomery
Irrespective of your failures, there is a chance that you can succeed tomorrow. Don’t lose hope.
Analyze your mistakes. Write down every point that comes to your attention. Revaluate your actions and be willing to change the approach.
If something is not working, it’s not the correct way to do things. Why not try a different approach?
Start from the basics and do what’s necessary.
First, take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Settle down on your favorite chair. Take a few sheets of blank paper and a pen. Jot down everything that comes to your mind.
Don’t think about the wastage of time or ink or paper. Write as much as you can. It would help if you vomited everything creating tension in your body-mind complex.
To start anything new, you must first become free of the past. Your knowledge about the history and experiences of failure is the cause of your anxiety. It must need to be released. For that, writing is the best tool.
Write till you get exhausted of knowledge and experience of the past so that new learning can hand over your life.
