Look At Me
Look . . . at . . . me. . .
– J.K. Rowling
There is an instinct within humans to get attracted to people whom we don’t know. Many times we make an image of a person based on her outlook and outfit. I think that’s a foolish way of judging people.
Often we ignore talented and skilled men/women because of their looks and applaud some crook because of his/her smartness. That’s a sign of immaturity.
I’m not saying that looks don’t matter, but to give someone respect and recognition because of her looks and ignore another one based on her outfit is not intelligence.
The free market knows this human weakness and exploits it. Humans who understand this reality can fool us by superimposing an artificial image of themselves.
We need to have an understanding of human psychology to avoid cheap distractions. Don’t get fooled by the appearance. They can be highly deceptive.
