Make Yourself Physically & Spiritually Fit

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

– Will Durant

I’ve often heard people asking this question: How shall I differentiate good and bad habits?

The answer to this question is the practices that help you in your physical and spiritual growth are good, and those that make you physically and spiritually weak are bad habits.

Now you’ve got a compass to navigate the direction of your life. From when you wake up in the morning till you sleep, keep doing those activities that make you physically fit and strengthen your spiritual intelligence.

Eliminate those activities from your life that deteriorates your health and degrades your spiritual wealth. If you are consistent in following this process, it’s a matter of a few weeks that you’ll start noticing significant changes in your life, helping you achieve your dreams and goals.

Understand: What you’re doing today is the amalgamation of good and bad habits you’ve been practicing since childhood. You’re not getting satisfying results in your life because those bad habits make you physically and spiritually weak. It would help if you had the strength to achieve anything in life, which will come only with practicing good habits that can make you physically and spiritually fit.
