The Pain Of Loneliness

Many times the wind is not in our favor. Nothing works. We do our best to get no results. Everything looks like the next disaster.

We feel exhausted and stagnated. The loneliness eats us and we find it hard to find any recipe that can treat our pain.

Heart break, death of a closed relative or friend, lack of money, divorce…

There are many things in life that doesn’t require our consent.

So, what to do?

The loneliness feels bad. It hurts when we love someone and he/she doesn’t gives us a reply.

There are thousand of little things that can make our day dull.

So, what I do?

Whenever I feel lonely, I start writing my emotions. I release my frustration, sadness, anxiety, and depression through words.

That’s the easiest way I found on Earth to make me feel good without disturbing others.

Dear, in this selfish world, to expect something from someone is kind of a mental illusion.

I can bet…

No one will be there when you need someone during tough times.

Hence, make yourself strong enough so that you can survive. Never get dependent on anyone for your survival.

Your money, the kindness, and the love that you share with others are for your self-satisfaction. Never expect a return. That will hurt you in the long run.

Engage yourself with some kind of art like dancing, singing, writing, or painting. That art will be your true friend in your loneliness.

I hope you understood.
