Write To Learn More About The Self
“There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed.”
― Ernest Hemingway
Writing is a process of exploring the Self. We dive into the unconscious to bring out the hidden contents resting for years to come on the surface.
We witness the expressions of love/hate relationships with ourselves and others through writing. It’s a tool that connects our thinking mind with the spirit.
We can write to earn or for fun, but we write because we feel an urge to explode on the surface of consciousness.
After writing, we feel relaxed, as if a few of our emotional wounds have been released as we’re healing. The more we write better we think of ourselves.
There is unlimited information and knowledge on this planet. The mind gets overwhelmed with such a vast amount of data flow. Writing helps us to summarize our thoughts and feelings. It gives us a sense of peace and pride.
