It would help if you learned to say no to the thoughts that belittle you. Identify your deep-rooted fears and say aloud, “I am not going to give a damn attention to you.”
We can’t obliterate fear, but we can choose to ignore the voices that make us feel bad.
Whether you’re struggling with finances or getting ridiculed by your spouse for lousy health, choose to say no to fear.
Affirm aloud, "Given any situation, I'll handle it."
The more you affirm positive thoughts better the chances of your recovery from the problem.
If you’re afraid of poor finances, affirm yourself with the thought, “I have an abundant supply of riches, and I can handle the situation uniquely.”
Given you’re unhealthy. Could you tell yourself, “I am brave enough to survive the challenge? I’m ready to face the challenge. Whatever be the condition, I’ll handle it.”
When you affirm yourself, the subconscious start believing in courage and strength. It creates new pathways that can heal you towards a better end.
Don’t underestimate the power of affirmations. Practice daily, and they’ll help you cure every dis-ease.
