Come Out of Bed & Run to the Gym

If you want to win the day, you can’t afford to lose the battle in the morning. The Resistance is standing in front of you in the form of laziness and procrastination. There is no choice- come out of bed and run to the gym.

If you miss it today, you’ll not be able to wake up tomorrow. Leave the bed as soon as possible. Don’t think about anything else. Focus on one task- Workout for today.

Once you transport yourself to the gym and start doing the warm-up, the negativity and toxicity can’t hold you for long. Your body will be tuned to lift heavy weights in a couple of minutes.

One hour of workout will fill your body with so much energy and your mind with enough self-confidence that you’ll be undefeatable throughout the day.

Remember, every day is unique, and you’ve to combat daily. Nothing can be better than self-training your body and mind to work on your command.

Once you learn the art of defeating the resistive forces of nature that work on your body-mind complex to block your energies, everything will be as easy as driving a car.
