Most of us are failures because of the simple fact that we’re not creative. We may have a name, fame, and wealth but still, we’ll be a failure in life if we’re not creative.

A non-creative person can’t find solutions to the most urgent problems of life. They can be a good spouse, parent, and employee, but still, they will be alone from the inside. The most urgent problem to solve is this loneliness.

We’re addicts of thinking. We live in our heads thinking about our problems, and these are endless. We try to solve the problem of existence intellectually and never reach a satisfactory conclusion. We want to frame love in a thought process. Our obsession with thinking creates more problems rather than giving us solutions.

At the deepest level of our being, we’re always sacred beings, holy and perfect, but we’re imperfect and impure at the level of thought. How can a nasty and dirty person live a godly life?

There comes a contradiction. We pretend to be who we’re not because of this contradiction, and how can a person live a life of absolute peace and satisfaction that contradicts themselves every time.

Creativity solves this problem.

When we’re in the creative zone, we operate from a place not driven by thoughts. There is no contradiction, and hence there is the expression of our actual being. There we’re not second-hand human beings. We’re pure and perfect, resulting in pure and excellent work. Other people may or may not notice this subtle characteristic within us, but we can’t express anything other than perfection and purity as creative beings.

Irrespective of your profession and possession, I encourage you to adopt a path of creativity. You’ll not regret your life. Regardless of the outcome, you’ll be satisfied with what you’ve done and not exaggerate; you’ll feel absolute peace of mind and perfect satisfaction at the end of this mortal life on earth.

What else do you want from life?

“There’s room for everybody on the planet to be creative and conscious if you are your own person. If you’re trying to be like somebody else, then there isn’t.”

– Tori Amos
