Most of what we value today has a history we cannot see.
Money.
Opportunities.
Recognition.
Trust.
Relationships.
The work came first.
People trust you because they have seen your work.
They recommend you because they have experienced its value.
They pay you because they believe you can do something that matters.
That trust didn’t begin when they called you.
It was built before the call.
Years of good work build a reputation.
A good reputation earns trust.
Trust gives you the chance to do more work.
Do it well, and people pay.
The real asset is the work.
Not the image of what we can do.
Not the followers.
Not the views.
Not the promises.
The work.
Did we solve a real problem?
Did we make someone’s situation better?
Did they find enough value to pay for it?
Did they come back?
Did they recommend us?
This is the standard I want ansiandyou® to be held to.
Not how many people saw us.
Not how many people followed us.
But whether we did useful work well enough that someone chose to pay for it.
Do the work well.
Let people experience its value.
Let trust follow.
The work comes first.
