The central thought for most of us is, “I am not good enough.”
We’re born perfect but learn imperfection in our Journey of Life.
We hate our faces and bodies. We enter into toxic relationships to abuse ourselves. We do everything to make ourselves feel bad. Why?
Because we’ve got a concept of perfection, we believe that there was something in the past that was beautiful, and currently, we don’t possess that.
We’re chasing an image of imperfection in our future selves. In both ways, we deny the present.
We hate being realistic and running behind self-made conflicts.
Why can’t we love ourselves?
Because of forgetting our uniqueness, we compare ourselves with others. We think we’re dumb and others are smart.
We live in a web of illusion, and we can’t be lovable unless we clear that clutter. No one can give us what we seek- true love and recognition.
We must have to start cleaning our minds and heart so that we can see the garbage that stops us from witnessing our beauty.
