Good Habits Bad Habits

Let’s see what is a bad habit…

Any habit that is giving you short-term pleasure at the cost of long-term pain comes under the category of a bad habit.

Any habit that is destructing you physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, socially and spiritually is a bad habit.

Any habit that makes you feel low and creates guilt and shame, despair and desperation, anxiety and depression in you is a bad habit.

Any habit that hurt others and in return gives you pleasure is a bad habit.

Any habit that makes you weak physically, mentally and emotionally is a bad habit.


Flirtation, masturbation, porn addiction, web-surfing, living on drugs, smoking, drinking alcohol…

I don’t need to tell you what is a bad habit. There is an infinite list that I can’t give you here.

I know you want to leave all that but you don’t know how…

That’s where I enter your life, not as a savior but as a friend and guide.

I don’t know what bad habit you want to leave but I know it’s hard and most probably you’ll fail at the beginning.

Bad habits can’t be left at will. They can only be replaced by good habits. The moment you’ll start replacing bad habits with good habits, it will become easier to become the version you want to be.


Let’s see what is a good habit…

Any habit that gives you short-term pain at the cost of long-term pleasure comes under the category of good habit.

Any habit that uplifts you physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, socially, and spiritually is a good habit.

Any habit that makes you feel good from the inside is a good habit.

Any habit that brings you closer to love and truth, peace and satisfaction, creativity and courage is a good habit.

Any habit that makes you strong physically, mentally, and emotionally is a good habit.


Wake up early in the morning and spend time with nature. Look at the moon and stars. Listen to the chirping of birds.

Knot down your shoelaces and run. Do Yoga and Meditation. Go to the gym and work out hard.

Learn a skill that can help you become financially free.

Do the work that is necessary to make you faster, smarter, and better.

Work on your body so that you can become sexier than your old version.

Work on your mind so that you can become more creative than your past avatar.

Work on your spirit so that you can become a clear thinker filled with love and gratitude.

When you’ll move a step forward, you’ll witness me standing behind you giving blessings.

My love is with you, always.

My child, you’re special. I love you. I’ve seen the beauty and perfection in you and one day you’ll be far better than anyone could’ve ever thought about you.
