If you can think anything about yourselves, why think negatively?
It’s not your exterior looks or outfit that defines you. It’s your self-image that creates you. If you do not respect and love yourself, no one will.
The more you feel confident about yourself and have a reason to live better you’ll evolve in life as a human being.

If you must think about something and do nothing all day, please think positively about yourself.
You’ll become independent when you recognize your self-worth because you can succeed and live a larger-than-life image.
I can’t give you the exact procedure to develop a positive self-image, but these pointers may help you.
1. Be grateful for what you have in life, irrespective of how little it is, because many people don't have that. 2. Exercise or engage in some sports activity that gives you an adrenaline rush positively. 3. Write down your thoughts (both positive and negative). Don't judge; write. 4. Use positive affirmations to uplift your thinking. Speak aloud and scribe at least ten times a day. 5. Every day, do something that gives you extra energy. An act of kindness or just passing a smile may work for you.
