Messages from the Dark World

“I like the night. Without the dark, we’d never see the stars.”

― Stephenie Meyer, Twilight

We hate darkness and rocket ourselves towards failure. We don’t want to experience fear and misery, scarcity and poverty, anxiety and depression. But without experiencing the loneliness of the dark world, how can we know the beauty and perfection of light?

The dark world is filled with negatively charged energies that teach us the balance between yin and yang.

We can’t exist without darkness. Light is insufficient to sustain life. Hence our aim must be to extract the juices of existence from both worlds.

In times of despair and desperation, not just lay down and sleep but learn from that experience. Write down your experiences and create art. It may be the ugliest art in this world, but few people will like it because it resonates with them.
