This hatred toward life causes us unnecessary pain and suffering.
At any moment of the day, we can’t do anything more significant than our experience and understanding. Whatever mistake you made in the past was because of your lack of knowledge. You did the best that you could do but failed because of a lack of experience.
Now, you can start writing a new life story with your hands. Whatever happened in the past is nothing but a memory, and memories are a collection of dead images and words.
They haunt you because you believe those thoughts are honest in your mind. No, my dear friend, they’re fake images without meaning.
Irrespective of the shame and guilt you feel about an incident in the past, you can’t change anything. You can’t change the past. What you can do is forgive yourself.
I know it’s easy to forgive others, but it’s hard to forgive ourselves. Think about the innocent child that lives within you. She can’t bear the pain of your hatred; She needs love and respect.
