In the moments of depressive episodes, we feel all alone. The World seems to have come to an end. There is nothing that can help us feel good. We’re in the dark.
A simple cure for depression can be the feeling of gratitude. It’s not just vain positive thinking. When we feel grateful for the things we’ve in our lives, something mysterious happens in and around us.
We start feeling good about ourselves. Everything starts to take its proper place. The World is as it was, but we’ve shifted our perspective, creating a New World Order.
Something as simple as feeling grateful for our eyes or ears with the ability to see and hear can create tremendous changes in our mental environment. We’ve come out of the blueness of life.
Make it a habit to start feeling grateful for anything in your awareness as soon as you start reminding yourself of your unworthiness.
Appreciate yourself for standing in front of everyone despite all those anxieties and traumas. You’re doing well.
You’ve lost something valuable but still possess a precious asset- the beautiful mind. Nurture it properly. Make it feel good, and it will start creating health and wealth for you once again.
