Most of us feel shame and guilt for our past mistakes. It feels terrible, but still, we abuse ourselves for not behaving in a certain way that could’ve produced better results.

It can produce great results even if you’re a lifetime failure; the brain you’ve been gifted from the Universe is intelligent and creative. Start using this complex human machine to create something unique.

You’ve constantly abused and criticized yourself. Right now, grab a piece of paper and pen. Start writing about your blessings and strengths. Mention down all points that make you unique. It may not be your birthday but still, celebrate this day as the special one.
Give yourself another chance to perform better. Who knows, today is the end of the life you hate you live. Tomorrow may bring out a new promise, but for that, you must prepare yourself, and for that, you’ve to become free of the shame and guilt you’re carrying. You’ve to forgive yourself. Can you do that?
