The first bell of the alarm and I resist waking up, but somehow I manage to channel my thoughts on the beauty and perfection that I’m going to witness today.
I feel grateful to Life for giving me one more day to express myself on this planet. I am still determining what the day will bring and how bad things can go. Fear is trying to catch my attention.
I focus on positive affirmations I learned yesterday and being grateful for every person and thing that comes into my awareness.
Everything has a special place in my heart, from the bed I slept on last night to the toothbrush I’m using today. I’m grateful to God for every luxury and lesson I learned in the past.
An hour from now, I’ll transport myself to the gym, where I’ll hustle with my body and brain muscles for two hours.
In the meantime, I can do reading and handwriting. I also listen to a few mantras or instrumental music to align my neurons. I’m glad that I’ve completed my four-hour morning ritual.
Now, I’m ready to face the monster- the day.
Your point of view caught my eye and was very interesting. Thanks.
