The problem is thinking. We’re obsessed with thinking. All-day long, we’re thinking about disease, failure, guilt, and shame. The last thought for all of us is I’m not good enough.
We seek to love and respect others, but our mind hates us.
There is a conflict in our heads, and with this conflict, we want to move forward in life. The result will always be a failure. We can’t win the outer battle of life without winning the inner struggle of ourselves.
We’ve to master our minds. Unless and until there is a contradiction in our thought and action, there will be no significant result.
We’ll move in a circle reaching the place where we started.
We can replace the thought-feeling of self-hatred and guilt with self-love and forgiveness. We can appreciate our little strengths rather than focus on significant weaknesses.
A dose of gratitude can do miracles for us. Calculate your assets and recognize your relationships. Check your health and realize the beauty in you. You’ll find that you’ve more than what you lack.
Forgive yourself for the mistakes that you made unconsciously. Be grateful for the health, wealth, and wisdom you’ve. Love yourself the way you’re. There is no need to change.
It doesn’t matter what people think about you. It matters what you feel about yourself. You’re better than you think and feel about yourself.
No one can tell you about your self-worth. It’s personal. You’ve to say to the world who you’re in this universe.
