What you need to read is good books, not Facebook posts.

What you need to watch is great movies, not Instagram reels.

What you need to build is relationships, not followers on Twitter.

What you need to focus on is actual lectures, not YouTube entertainment.

Like alcohol, drugs, smoking, porn, and masturbation, social media is the next addiction with detrimental effects on your well-being.

Except for the Creators and Marketers, no one gets rich by investing time on social media. What you’re doing is not an investment but time waste.
