Guided Meditation: Forgive The Past
Take a deep breath. Exhale and inhale. Imagine yourself as a little child who is cute and innocent. She doesn’t know what to do and what not to do. In the journey of life, she makes a lot of mistakes. She doesn’t understand the way of life and destroys her health and happiness in chasing her destiny. Forgive her for all the mistakes that she’s committed.
Breathe naturally and focus your attention on the breath. Let it come and go. Witness the flow of emotions and feelings with the arrival and withdrawal of thoughts. Don’t do anything except watch the coming and going of memories.
There is no need to abuse, criticize or insult yourself for anything. All you can do is learn from the past. Forgive and forget all that happened. Don’t feel guilty for anything. Let it go. It’s over.
There is nothing left in those memories except pain and suffering. The more you’ll remember those traumatic episodes, the more painful they will become in your life. Release all the stress and tension you’re carrying on your shoulders. Forget about the past and enter the dimension of now.
Now is the moment where any transformation can happen. It’s the portal that will open a plethora of opportunities for you. You can take the necessary step for change only in the present moment. Accept yourself the way you are, and with your natural abilities, start a new life.
