How to Let Go of the Fear of Failure?

Ensure your survival at any cost. Do whatever it needs to survive. Stand up, walk and run; if impossible, creep but at least move.

“My whole life is a darkroom. One…big…dark…room.”

– Lydia Deetz (Winona Ryder), Beetlejuice (1988)

Our problem is that we’re afraid of darkness. We don’t want to face it. Failure when it comes; instead of giving it a warm welcome, we start hiding from it.

We’ve to understand that it’s impossible to run away from darkness. It’s destined to come. Intelligence is in our approach to studying how to deal with loss.

Make a friendship with the darkness/failure/loss. Whenever it comes, smile and learn the lesson it is teaching you. Apply the new learning next time and get success.

Life is a never-ending series of ups and downs. Success and failure will keep coming and going day and night, but you’ll always be there to witness the presence of life.

So, what matters in life is not success or failure but survival. Ensure your survival at any cost. Do whatever it needs to survive. Stand up, walk, and run; if impossible, creep, but at least move.

Your movement will ensure your survival, and it’s the easiest way to overcome the fear of failure.
