Reprogram Your Brain

Be scientific, and don't get biased.

Is your life story the truth? Yes, the chronological events are true. Is it the whole truth? No, you see and judge it through your conditioned eyes and mind – not of all involved – nor do you see the entire overview. Is it nothing but the truth? No, you select, share, delete, distort, subtract, assume and add what you want, need and choose to.

The human brain is a moist computer that you can program with your chosen code. If you’re not a good programmer, other people in society will program it with their principles. Whether you want it or not, either you’ll encode it with your thoughts and beliefs, or other people will do the work for you.

Most of the people in our society run on autopilot mode. They use their childhood programming and have almost no control over their behavior. But a well-educated mind can change its thoughts and beliefs. Further, those familiar with the modern world of computer programming understand that there is a correlation between the computer brain and the human brain. Both can be programmed and reprogrammed.

Today I will show you a systematic approach to programming your brain.

Firstly, it’s not a superstition but a well-researched concept. As scientists, we believe in research, experiment, outcome, and analogy. If you want to change the outcome, you’ve got to enter different data or follow another process. We will use this concept here.

Secondly, you’ve to understand the importance of this concept. We’re indeed not satisfied with our results. It means there is something wrong somewhere. That’s the problem with the programming of our brain. Our environment has programmed us with stagnating thoughts and negative beliefs (except if you’re lucky to be born in an ideal environment). Without changing that, we can’t create a dramatic change in our lives.

Thirdly, understand that it’s essential to realize that there is no more important work than reprograming your brain. Now think like a computer programmer creating artificial intelligence, what she’ll install.

Be scientific, and don’t get biased.

Isn’t that hope you’ll program in her?

What about forgiveness, love, and gratitude?

Don’t you want to witness yourself as a creative being expressing herself from the deepest core of her heart?

Fourthly, Start unlearning all those concepts and principles that work against you. This process of unlearning is similar to uninstalling software close to the computer.

I don’t need to be better. I can’t do anything significant in life. No one loves me. I can’t create wealth in my life. Life is a struggle. I’m suffering because of my karma. I can’t enter into a successful relationship. No girl/boy will ever love me. I was, I’m, and I’ll be a failure. No one can change me.

These are some of the code programmed in your brain as a firm belief. You’ve to remove these files from your system.

Fifthly, Install the good vibes. I don’t know where you’ll take that knowledge. Study religion or scientific research, learn about neurolinguistic programming, or catch a sci-fi movie. I don’t care what your source is; install those files of love and gratitude, beauty and perfection, creativity and courage.

The greatest hindrance you’ll face is the emotional response that works against the change. It’s easy to program an A.I. because she doesn’t have the factor called dynamic resistance, but you’ll face that while programming yourself. My advice is that instead of fighting that, use the power of emotional intelligence to create the piece of code empowered by love and gratitude.

If you have come here so far, congratulations; you’re sincere about making a change in your life. I’m not saying it’s easy, or that I will give you a holy grail. I’m sharing my experiments, experiences, and exercises with you, trying my best to present them to you in an entertaining format. My greatest wish may include that Mother Intelligence bless you the way she blessed me with health, wealth, and wisdom.

Why not more than me if you’re capable of receiving?

That’s how I think in my heart. Stay blessed. Stay happy.
