How To Recognize And Resolve Your Fears?

“I’m not afraid of storms, for I’m learning how to sail my ship.”

— Louisa May Alcott

What stops us from reaching our full potential is not a lack of talent but the fear of showing the talent we’ve to the World. We’re worried about criticism from the masses. We’re scared up to death to be called phony.

We’re afraid of both failure and success. We don’t want to leave our comfort zone. It sucks our lives, but we still don’t want to leave it. We don’t want to lose the habit of laziness and procrastination. We care about comfort over courage.

Fear is nothing but a mask that hides our faces. We’re buried in the dark cave of ignorance, unable to see the light of the Sun because we never dared to walk and look outside the cave.

What matters for us is not creative construction but our comfort. This comfort is the cause of our destruction. We seek perfection, but we don’t wish to pay any price. We crave attention, but we don’t want to upgrade our skills.

We want to remain what we were; fearful impotent creatures who don’t have any goal or dream because we don’t dare to follow them anymore.

The resolution comes after recognition, but the truth is that we don’t want to recognize our shortcomings. We can waste days and weeks doing nothing except chatting and having sex. But we can’t dare to pick a paper and pen to confront our fear.

We hope that one day the fear will vanish; my dear friend, it’s a vain hope. Never will come the time when you’ll be free of every kind of fear to pursue your desires and dreams. You’ll keep wasting your time and money doing useless activities that don’t matter in your evolution.

There is no use in knowledge and learning if one doesn’t dare to speak for herself. The more you fear, the worst your situation will become. You’ll reduce yourself to a person who lives below the norms of a social being.

You can’t change the past, but you can challenge the present for the welfare of your future self. Wake up from the dream of boredom and mediocrity. Learn to face reality and get ready to combat the demons who haunt you daily.

You’re a warrior who has never fought for your freedom. The time has come to stand for yourself. It’s the question of your future. I can’t let you destroy yourself. You’ve to stand and walk on your feet to reach the place I want you to see…

At the top of everyone you know around you.
