We abuse our bodies and criticize our minds. Without thinking about the outcome, we insult ourselves. No one gives us the pain and suffering we inflict

You’re not here to sleep all day long.

My work is to discover myself, and it’s possible through engraving my thoughts on the screen.

The body is innocent. It needs love and affection. Please don’t abuse it. It’s the gift of God. Embrace it.

Work on your body to become sexier than your old version.

…The challenge is to sit down and start writing.
